Why not use Ecolocal deliveries during Bike Week?

Local businesses are now able to meet their smarter travel plan objectives by using Sutton’s zero emission cycle delivery service.  EcoLocal Deliveries was established in 2007 as part of the Smarter Travel Sutton project and is now successfully providing an environmentally friendly alternative for businesses which currently use motorised delivery and courier services within the local area.

EcoLocal deliveries has now successfully dispatched thousands of items. Some interesting statistics are outlined below:

• Biggest single item - chest freezer
• Largest load - 30 exhibition items
• Longest regular round - 42 miles
• Longest single trip - Carshalton to Vauxhall
